Yeah, you can! Just contact your county's elections official! You can find out that information here. And if you have not yet registered, do it NOW. No paperwork, no stamps, no mess.
Whatever your opinion is, VOTE. Even though we don't have a true democracy, or direct "voice of the people," every vote can help to win over YOUR state for the electoral college.
