It's a Small World...well, Europe, Anyways

Life on Ios is becoming more "ios" every day. Trashbag Tuesday seems to be everyday, when people are getting more than a cheeky pash in the alleys when the sun rises....
Anyways, I was working last night, and three random girls came up to me and asked "Are you Kari?" I said that I was, and they got really excited. Apparently, they had gone on the pub crawl in Rome that I'm working at in a few weeks, and Miss Lyndsay Turley sent them over to Ios, to Rehab more specifically, to find me. I gave them some free shots, told them about a few other bars in which they said I had sent them, and got more free shots.
In about two hours, they were completely hammered.
Hahahahhaa.
A wonderful, non-memorable first night in Ios.
Maybe it's not such a good thing that I'm contributing to people's alcoholism?
That was a highlight of the night last night. Oh wait, one other highlight that I can't write because those people might read it....AHAHAHA
Too many douchers last night. Working for about 8 hours until 7 in the morning, completely sober when everone is totally pissed drunk can be a bit tolling.
And everyone keeps asking me for drugs, because apparently with my hair and clothes I look like a nutty raver with multitudes of "pingers."
Speaking of me and drugs, I found out that two years ago there was a rumor going around the island that I was trafficking cocaine on Ios. WTF?! I don't even do drugs!
Hahahahah. But seriously, that could have gotten me into a lot of trouble with the Greeks.
I guess I do look like a druggie. I need to find out all the coold slang words and how much stuff costs; I'd be a horrible drug dealer, and probably lose money. Oh well, perhaps another career choice?
Anyways, I had a night off on Friday, and I combined Flannel Fridays, Trashbag Tuesdays, and Mustache Mondays all in one--I'll post photos when I get my camera back from Gareth. Or Gerard the dwarfed Giraffe, as I have renamed him.
Ios is grand, more later!
