Life in Greece

This was going to be a happy blog, but as I started to write this, I read an email from my mother that Kay, practically an adoptive grandmother to me, passed away. She was such a lovely woman who lived life with love, passion, and cared for all those in her life.
She was seriously the sweetest and most loving lady one could meet.
I am heartbroken. I hate that I was over here and not home when this happened. At least my mom passed on to her that I would be in Paris in a couple months, eating a baguette under the Eiffel Tower and thinking of her. This made her smile, and at least there's that. STill, I am beyond bummed.
I'll still finish this blog and throw in the photos from today, along with a few others from the past couple of days.
YESTERDAY: I snapped a couple photos of an Aussie bloke wearing a sk8mafia shirt, and figured I'd send it to Prieb. Rad how brands get around.

TODAY: Yannis, my boss/owner of Flames and Rehab bought us all a nice late lunch at Karma Beach Bar today. Delicious caesar salad, Greek salad, pizza, everything. This was the most I have eaten in a loooooong time, it was free, and delicious; I fear I've stretched my stomach. Here are some photos and a video of that.

that's about it for now, I really don't feel like writing at the moment. Peace.
